as soon as possible.
they aren't completely functional as of yet How long are they valid for? If your subscription has lapsed inbetween.. and obviously we renew, can they be redeemed afterwards so that we get a refund? or will they remain valid until our next renewal? Personally, mine is up @ the start of August.. so thats whats making me ask

hi guys,
the codes are being worked on, we currently have no go live date and we are rolling the functionality out along with the downloads which are currently being tested.
as soon as we have the codes ready you will be made aware of it!
they will not be retroactive so they can only be used on new and renewing subscriptions.
we hopefully will have them in the next couple weeks.
Have you tried turning it off and on again..
