Sorry Wayne - Recommending someone to use a Waves Plugin to get a Fat bass sound is a tad irresponsible

Especially just throwing it there with no reference to how to go about using it or getting the original sound that goes through it.

Sean Tyas might use it to great effect on his b'lines.. but not everyone has the knowledge or money to use Waves Plugins.. Have you checked out their prices recently?

I'm sure the Guy wants to eat as well as make huge sounds

Lets actually pretend that he does for a minute

After listening to the track in question:

Its just a really powerful Sub Bass Kick. An absolute destroyer. The type of sound that you would probably need to know exactly what you are doing with it otherwise its gonna sound too heavy.

SubBoomBass is a really cool synth - a lot of the sounds in it are pretty weak sounding, but the Sub Bass Presets are incredible.

You could probably get pretty far with looking up how to make a Sub Kick. Its all going to be about Sine Waves. The Kick in that Tune sounds like its just Sub.. so maybe its just a Sine. Doesnt appear to have any click or anything at the start - its all LOW. SO possibly its synthesised.

After that, you'll need Compression & a bit of EQ'ing to tame it. Maybe even some distortion to give the Sine some warmth or presence.

Hip Hop can use 808 Kicks which are pretty low & subby. Dont know the genre specific Hip-Hop Sample Packs that are out there, but you if you look around for what is being recommended by your peers on HipHop Forums which might get you a pointer in the right direction.

Goldbaby do a 808 Sample pack that highly regarded - http://www.goldbaby.co.nz/tape808.html

Wave Alchemy have also just done an 808 Pack, but I havent tried it. They have a excellent Rep for Drums.. but it might be more Electronic than GB who have "Cleaner" samples.

Get the SubBoomBass Demo here http://www.robpapen.com/subboombass-demo.html

Works for 30 Days. Dont listen to anything other than the Sub Presets in it.

If you like anything in it, bounce it down & try it in your own productions before you decide to buy. You'll probably have a nice little library built up in 30 days to help you make your mind up.
