just go to your track's page on soundcloud, click on the "share" tab on the left of the player and copy the embed-code that's listed there! it's that simple

i don't know, if you wanted anyone to comment on your tracks, but here i go anyways:
like them both! although i think u overdid it a tiny bit when sidechain-compressing the electrosynth and the string sounds. but that maybe a matter of personal taste... i just think, the drums, especially the cowbells would be more prominent in the mix, if you tried some subtle form of compression, but again, just my 2c 
anyways... great tunes, keep 'em coming!
