So I have been able to watch videos for sometime (im a quarterly subscriber) but all of a sudden its asking me to pay for all the videos or that some are even exclusive. What happened to my account? Also, under my account info it still says subscriber, im pretty sure my next payment isnt until November.

hi, we recently added 50 courses to site with the ability to be downloaded.
which means if you want you can pay extra to download these courses - they are still however free to stream online as long as you have a subscription - which you do. so you can continue to watch them online.
the exclusive sign means simply that these are available exclusively to your subscription, and cannot be downloaded.
we have just introduced this set up - if you have any feedback as to how to display the pages to subscribers to make this more clear just drop me a pm.

problem has been fixed (I think it was my comp) it wasnt allowing me to click on the links they were all grey, which is why I thought something changed on my account, but now its working fine. Thanks for the help.
