Hiya I’m new to the forum and to producing. Basically I was wondering if I could take an audio loop and completely change the sound into a 303 acid sound with either a sampler or a vst effect?

Not really - you need to start with a 303 acid sound using a synthesiser capable of producing that sound.
You can’t really 303’ify a sound
