I can see it does Serum etc, but what about Omnisphere ?
Hey there @TableT
As far as I know you can’t add your own Wavetables to Ominisphere, they are embedded as .db ( database ) files which are non editable. You could try to import your Node’s Wavetables as Soundsources inside Omnisphere but I’m not sure if this will work as expected and if you’ll get the same results as the original Wavetable since Omnisphere has got some limitation for sound import. Best way is to give it a try and you can also refer to this section of the manual to learn more about Soundsources import inside Omnisphere.
Thank you.
This is a very old post and Omnisphere 2 or now 3 might allow you to import audio waveform as audio files since then maybe.
Would recommend to inquire with Spectrasonics or to dig further into the online manuals and maybe check the User Audio sections.

Omnisphere 3 Manual - User Audio
On our end, NODE allows you to export waveform wav audio files with different “resolution” ( the number of samples per waveforms cycle ) ranging from 256 to 16384 samples/waveform that are suitable for a variety of other soft-synths.
Hope this helps !
