Crackle sound from limiter?

I just followed the "808 Generators with ANA 2 - Tech Tips Volume 34 with 2Scoops" tutorial (link below). I added a compressor followed by a limiter. End result is massive crackling noises similar to a Geiger counter. Crackling goes away when disabling the limiter. Also, crackle noise does not change regardless of limiter settings. Seems like a possible bug to me.

Could you send the preset ?

*edit - i see this was actually posted quite some time ago now - so can understand if you don't have the preset any longer - i've been thus far unable to reproduce the issue but if you do happen to know how to force it you can let me know
