There's a "Software" section on the course description page that will let you know the main plug-ins used in the course, and yes in this course's resources the FLP project and samples are included.
As for being able to access the course's resources you have 2 options :
Becoming a subscriber ( monthly or annually ) will give you access to all S.A tutorials ( online watching ) and makes all tuorial's resources available for download during your subscription period + a 40% off if you want to buy a course and keep it on your computer.
If you are not a subscriber, you can purchase this tutorial from the description page and all the videos + the course's resources will be available in your user download area after a successful purchase.
IMHO, becoming a subscriber is the best option since it gives you access to all S.A content and BTW the yearly subscription plan is on sale during this week Now if you're just interested in one specific course from time to time, the one time purchase is a suitable option too, but if you plan to follow more courses, go for the sub
