1- Suggest you to try the following first :
- Go to this folder /Users/Your_User_Name/Library/Application Support/Sonic Academy/Kick 2 ( please note that this is your User Library and that it might be hidden by default, check this thread to reveal it if you need to ). You will find a Kick 2.settings file in this folder, delete it, then start your DAW and launch a new instance of KICK 2 and check if that makes any change.
2- Then if it's still not working, follow the manual uninstall procedure from the support page here.
Make sure to download a fresh copy of KICK 2 v1.4 installer from your user account and perform a new installation.
Also make sure you're up to date with Cubase 10.5 Pro.
3- If non of the above solve the issue, then you can submit a support request using this link but first, make sure it's not related to your installation trying the above solutions.
