Tested on:
MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G12034)
Ableton Live 10.1.9 as well as latest beta 10.1.13b2
VST 3 version of NODE v1.0.0
The plugin is in a Custom Folder : /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Sonic Academy/Node.vst3
Will move it to the default location and update.
Step to reproduce :
- Launch a VST3 instance of NODE inside Live 10
- As soon as you click on the LFO to enable it, Live will totally freeze, whatever preset you use, even with ‘init’. You can’t do anything and have to terminate the application manually, no Live crash happening, just hanging to death…
- Not happening with the VST 3 under Bitwig & Studio One latest, only inside Live 10.
Haven’t test this under Windows yet.
EDIT : Tried to move the VST3 plugin to default path → Still not working.
Also Tested on Win 10 Pro latest, no issue on Win, enabling the LFO is not freezing Live though I did have the spinning wheel running for a few secs when turning the LFO on with the very first instance of Node. Afterwards, when switching preset it works just fine.
