We use a Casparcg server controlled with Just Macros running through a Blackmagic production studio 4k.br
br
We used to use telestream Screenflow but we now do all the graphics and switching live.

I use a screen recorder called Joyoshare VidiKit. It is able to record screen in 4K or HD quality with no watermark and no time imit. It is easy to use as well. If you need a free video recorder, maybe you could also give OBS a shot. It is powerful, supporting many scenes and sources. But it may take you some time to figure out how it works if it is your first time using it.

i use obs studio while is less resource demanding and easy to use

Yes OBS Studio is probably the best free alternative and you can use the free Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve for post editing.
