I was a hardcore smoker for many a year. Cutting down for me was useless advice.
All smokers smoke at their own natural level, cutting down is just fooling yourself, and usually a confirmed smoker will just ping right back at some point.
I gave up thanks to Alan Carr (not the tv comedi-puff)
Basically by going balls out and just not smoking ever again, I dont miss it one bit, and looking back dont think it was that hard (relatively speaking). I’ll never be a holier than thou ex-smoker but I do find it weird now that I used to do that sh!t
Even tho you hate me jan (it seems) good luck, hope you’ve got the balls to see it through.
I’ve never smoked so for me I’ve never understood firstly why people smoke in the first place, and secondly just how hard it is for someone to quit.
I can only see positive things for not smoking…

When my gran passed away my mum started smoking again. The thing is in the UK its so crazy expensive you must all be loaded lol. If i was living over in the UK id be spending 6-7 quid a day on cigs, lol over in holland a pack of 19 costs 5 euros…
I smoke tobacco so save quite alot probably spend 15 quid a week
But if i go out then yeah I could easily buy two packs
Thing that used to wind me up when I lived in the UK was when you’d get a box of fags in a Pub and there would be like fkn 16 in it - for whatever price & you’d get 20p sellotaped to the front of the box.
Why go to all that trouble!

Actually i use roaches not the ones with legs btw 
and I don’t buy fags from pubs
Its one thing with J’s, but just cant do it without the tips with a rollie.
Its what sets us apart from the Apes :P
Last time i came over to the UK i forgot to buy a box of 200 from the airport in Holland, i spent the majority of my money on cigs lol…
