i really like the d ramirez style of producing,the way he twists the sounds is great,his track “reminder of jasper” is outstanding
also a fan of masticsoul,groovy yet pumping and still keeping it very underground
format b also rock,great with basslines,nice and bouncey
Good call on Format:B !!! I’m typically a breaks head but am quite fond of Format:B style techno/tech house. With that being said, I would think that D-Unity deserve a go for their sound as well. If you are looking for D Ramirez tuts, here’s a link:

Its a 3 part video of how he goes about doing a remix. Quite interesting stuff as he explains the way he uses sidechain compression and the likes. He’s producing using Logic and a ton of hardware though, and the tutorial isn’t in the professional follow the leader style that Phil and crew give us. I think that when this was recorded it was more for the purpose of seeing how HE specifically does the remix, and explains his personal process. Very, very interesting stuff though as I love to see the different approaches that people take to production. Definitely check it out!
