I have a problem with the update of ANA2.
I have installed the VST2 and VST3 version. But from Cubase and also from StudioOne only the VST3 version is recognized.
When I open a project where the previous version of ANA was used, I get an error message “PlugIn not present”. If I delete the V3, both programs recognize the V2 again.
This behavior occurs with macOS Catalina and Big Sur.

This has already been reported in this topic for Studio One and I can see that you’ve posted there and added Cubase a well. I will update the topic title to reflect this for S.A team and it will be linked to your post here.
As mentioned by Phil in this other topic, there’s no real benefits using the VST 3 version, so yes, the workaround for now is to remove the VST 3 plugin and keep using VST 2.
