Can I make a sample pack with Kick2?

Am I allowed to make my own sample drum pack with Kick 2, and charge a small price for it (i.e. in other words for commercial reasons ) ?

And if I decided to sell Kick2 in the future, is there a license transfer possibility, and if so what transfer fee?

The best thing to do would create a preset pack and sell that.

All the samples clicks in kick 2 are owned by sonic and can’t be resold.

Yes, there will be an applicable fee for license transfer if you decide to resell any Sonic Academy plug-ins.
