I’d very much like to see a tutorial on processing vocals. Which type of compressor to use, what kind of settings typically work well, maybe some examples of saturation, doubling, EQ, reverb, and other effects too.
Some things are similar across genres, some aren’t, so maybe it would be cool to take the same vocals and mix them down for two different types of tracks, to show a bit of variation, and give an impression of what typically is the same, and what isn’t.
If there’s a difference in how you’d typically process male and female vocals, that would be interesting to see too.
