EDIT : This is now fixed, was just a temporary issue or something to do with automatic maintenance overnight.
There’s a known issue with the tutorial video playback on the website at the moment.
It’s not on your end and refreshing the player page or even switching web browser won’t help, just be patient please.
This has already been reported to Sonic Academy support, they will be looking into this and fix it in the best time.
No need to email support, we already know about this issue.
