30% off annual web pass - not working?

When i choose “Update Plan” i get the message
“Cannot update subscription to a plan with a different billing frequency.”

So … it’s not possible to use the 30% off ???

Until we resolve the upgrade feature Marco, you need to go to your my account area / subscription and cancel the existing subscription you have running - you can then upgrade to the Annual pass
