Ableton Effects and APC40 as a controller?

OK. I have to say, I bought an APC40 because of this guy:

I have been tinkering with Ableton Live 8 for a few days now and can’t seem to figure out how to do the crazy effects he has. I have come close with the Ping Pong Delay and Beat Repeat, but they are not as smooth as his. Any ideas?



I am more interested in that stutter effect he is triggering with the single tap of the buttom.
