Does anyone have any ideas as to how one could trigger multiple instruments from the one midi clip in Ableton without having to copy and paste the clip or duplicate the track?

Put the clip in a midi track of it’s own. Set the Midi From for all the tracks you want the clip to play in as that track.
When I was checking this out, I had to turn off Exclusive Arm in the preferences and arm each track so it received the input.
