Ableton sound question

does anyone know a tutorial or anything about getting your different clipsounds to sound right? By this I mean the kick, bass, snare, hihats, claps, synths… Any info is welcome

If I understand your question - you need to make sure everything is in pitch - use this Span and its free

this is probally a daft question but how do you use this to find out if everything is in the correct pitch i thought spectrum analizers just told you what you lack in certain frequency ranges…

If you put one on each channel then play the sample and put your mouse pointer where the wave in the spectrum is at its highest you will see the frequency and the note of that sample. You can then adjust the samples so they are in the same key as each other and the track. Or at least that is what I do, if anyone has a better system I would be interested to know.
