Hey guys,
I bought today Logic Pro on my macbook.
First I used Ableton live, but i somehow dont get to work well with it.
So today i bought Logic, but i cant seem to find the vst’s i own.
Sylenth1/Nexus2/Massive/Mashine
I just cant find them, i looked on youtube, but somehow the vst units arent in
machd/library/audio/components.
Is there a way to put them there so they will still work?
Also i really dont have a clue where they are on my macbook…
And if i find them, can i then just put them in the folder so Logic will see them? Not that then they dont work any more or something?
Logic doesnt use VSTs only AU (audio Units)… although i think alll the stuff you mentioned should have AU… so might just be a case of reinstalling?
machd/library/audio/plug-ins/components is where they should be.
if u cant find it there just reinstall sylenth1 and nexus etc. Then it shouldn’t be a problem
I tried it, the instruments are on the right position now.
If i rescan plugins with logic he finds them,
But if i want to change the instruments in logic, the components folder is empty…
I looked here : cannot open sylenth1 is logic 9. - Logic Pro - Logic Pro Help
And i dont have the folder au instruments to choose…
It’s fixed guys!!
Forgot to refresh library:D
