Ableton update problem?

HI everyone,

i purchase ableton live 8 yesterday and have fully installed live 8 and authorized it when i check for updates it says i can update to 8.2.7 from 8.2.1 but when on the ableton website i click the green download button and have no response whatever??

what could be the problem with this?

also it came with EIC2 how do i install this into my ableton live 8?

any help wiould be wicked thanks alot :slight_smile:
