so i paid for a subscription saturday and i still have no access to the videos. i figured, they probably don’t get into the office till monday so i didn’t mind. but, here we are it monday and nothing, i’ve also noticed that its been a problem in the past. my account has been charged, please hold up your end. thanks.

hi,
i’m really sorry about the delay and i have manually started the subscription from today. There was a delay in the transaction company processing the payment and confirming the transaction which happens every so often. I am looking into how to eliminate this problem and again I’m sorry for this happening
