Add number of polyphonic notes

currently it seems the choices are either only monophonic (via legato portamento) or not. but i would like the option to pick the number of notes that can be played simultaneously. like if i want two oscillators at 8 voices each for a rich sound, but only two notes playing at time maximum.

i hope this is an easy fix!
