Ana 2 Custom presets gone after DLC download

Hi. I’ve recently installed a couple of the DLC preset banks from the Slate Digital Connect app, and it looks like my own presets have been overwritten in the process? Is there a separate file these are saved in or is all my hard work gone forever?

Unless you’ve been through a manual uninstall, downloading an installing DLC presets banks should not overwrite your User Presets folder and content.

You can access your User Preset folder from the ANA 2 pull down menu option " Open User Preset Folder…" to check what’s in there.
