and then installing the 32bit version!
it shows up in live under audio units. is the right? i dont see the 64 bit in my pug in folder…could it be somewhere els?
Im having crashes with the 32bit version live8 on win7x64. It will be going fine for a while, then out of nowhere when tweaking a knob a very odd crash. Its not the usual ‘live has had an error’, its some new serious error dialog box, and I can barely even control my mouse, which I have never seen before on a crash either
-Edit
Seems I may have gotten a somewhat close way to reproduce it. I load up the kick bass preset, turn on preview. Then I setup a random GENV, just a bunch of random points, route it to the cutoff1/2. Set filter2 to be the first formant. Then turn on reverb and delay. Finally setup the mod3 to route modwheel to res1/2. After playing around with the modwheel for a while Ill get a crash
Ive attached the preset, just start flicking the modwheel around and I usually get a crash within a few seconds.
This is win7x64 with live8, and an NI AK1 interface

the 64 bit version is bundled in the zip “sonicacademyana_v1.0_x64osx.zip”
the 32bit version that you need to use is bundled in the zip “sonicacademyana_v1.0_osx.zip”
make sure you install the 32 bit version if you are running live

can you replicate the bug in any way to cause it to crash?

I just edited the previous post and attached the preset, with this one I can usually get the crash within a few seconds of playing with the modwheel. Just start the preview going, then mess around with mod
I cant just turn it on and off after that, live has to be killed and theres a couple error boxes that popup from windows
iv turnd my mac on off and restarted live over and over…it show ana vst in live under audio units. i open another vst in that same folder and it open fine. but evertime i open ana live shuts down…i have these crash logs if any one can understand them…mabe that might help…any one knw how to finf the program and delet it? i wa thinking of re instaling it.

if you could put the crash log in a txt file and attach it that would be extremely helpful.
+1 for me - same crash when with the 32bit Mac version. On ableton 8.1.5 live crashes when I open the ANA plugin

would it be possible for you to copy and paste the crash log in to a txt file and attach it.
Sorry for the hassle!
we will have this big fixed as soon as possible (hopefully tomorrow).
