ANA/Logic Pro AU Trouble

I’m having trouble using ANA in Logic Pro 9.1.7, it won’t pass my AU and remains incompatible after reinstalling and restarting my Mac multiple times. Anyone else have this problem?

in logic go to preferences/Audio Units Manager.



Select ANA and click Reset and rescan… it should give you a “Audio Unit Validation result”.



Copy and paste the txt in to txt doc and attach it here. ill have a look and see whats going on.

Have you tried it in any other DAWs?



The registration popup might be interfering with the AU VAL tool.

I haven’t, I only use Logic. I just updated it to see if that was the problem but still no luck, very frustrating.

Get the Ableton or Reaper demo… and do the register through that.



Then it should work fine in Logic.

Our developer did a bit of research and suggested that your problem might be related to the no AScii Character in your HD name.



This could be causing other issues beyond just ANA too.

I’ll try changing my HD name and see if that helps, as well as downloading demos of other DAW’s
