I have win 8 installed on my late 2011 Macbook pro, but I cant seem to get decent audio drivers for ableton installed. I am currently using the cirrus driver that bootcamp installs but they are a bit shoddy for windows 8. ASIO 4all doesnt appear to work that well as it misses out on the low end of the spectrum.br

Bar an external soundcard does anyone know of any additional drivers that I should try, or any other setting to give a go? PS I have googles the life out of it but dont seem to be getting anywhere with it!br

have you tried the realtek drivers? br

honestly, i think the best answer is an external sound card. i think that is just the easiest.br

And rforbes, the only issue with that is the portability 
Ill look into the realtek drivers and see if any one them will do what I’m after! Its a real shame asio4all doesn’t work properly…br
