Armada

Has anyone else noticed that every bloody records label (well at least trance wise) is or has been taken over by Armada??

Very annoying when sending demos as they are so big, who knows how long they’ll take to get back… so far I’ve never had a reply from them…

Anyone had any dealings with them?

Thats the State of Trance

Sorry bad joke

ive also noticed this!!

im not ready for releasin tunes yet, but, armada is takin over!!

wheres elizabeth I when you need her?

Took me three reads to get ‘Elizabeth 1st’ and not ‘Elizabeth EYE’

I should probably take that as a sign to go to bed!

There are a ton of sub-labels under Armada. In other words, Armada is the one that releases the song and pays the royalties, but the sub-label finds the talent. Armada is basically the publisher, that’s all.

I see so why do in the demos go to armada in that case?

Where are you sending them?

demo@armadamusic.com

I would like to get stuff to the likes of coldharbour, captivating sounds, subculture etc etc, but when searching you just get redirected to armada and thats the only e-mail about!

you’re gonna have to dig harder, my friend. If you do enough research, you will find a way to get it there.

are these labels not just being distributed by Armada ???

Anyone would think these labels dont want demos, they dont make it easy to get stuff to them… found an e-mail for coldharbour but bugger all for captivating & subculture. Pretty pish if you ask me!
