Audio but no sound on videos

Hi, i’ve subscribed and managed to download & watch my chosen modules however when i go to the subscriber videos when i load them up a new window opens to play the file but all i have is audio & a green screen. I have the latest version of quicktime. Any ideas on how to fix this.

try emptying your cache and maybe using a different browser.
