hey Lee, there really isnt one… However…Logic Pro has the ability to do it. I can tell you if you have Logic but I really dont want to waste my breath if you dont have access to it… Lemme know…

+1 for Audio to Midi in Logic Howie… Very easy. Ableton have 98% of what is needed in the background to do the same… but just no convert button asfaik?
You might get some kind of interesting “stuff” if you were to save the Audio you wanted as a Groove & then applied it to a loosely based “interpretation” of what the musical notes may be.
I use melodyne, works about 70% of the time!
