ive got the decay all the way up and the amount up as well, but for some reason i cant seem to make a riser that keeps increasing in pitch for longer than eight bars.
How can i make the ascent longer?
Can i program one to rise infinitely?
Check out part 5 - Risers in the new Minimal Tech House tutorial
Also, on your synth try raising the pitch bend amount to as high as possible. Then automate or hyper draw an increasing slop for the pitch bend.
If this is confusing let me know. I will try to explain further.
There is nothing like a bit of “Increasing Slop” to help build up a bit of excitement in a track! :D
There is this thing which i’ve forgotten what it’s called but it sounds like it’s constantly raising and it never ends. It’s great. There was a tutorial by this aussie guy, but i forgotten his name and forgot his website address too… as well as forgotten what the name of this technique is called so sorry i can’t be much more help than that hahaha
Roben, I would just like to take the time to thank you for this wonderful sounding idea that I.would love to know about but cant because you smoke to much weed. I’m kidding, you can’t smoke to much weed. It does suck you can’t remember. Think THink Think.
Roben I’m pretty positive your talking about a shepards tone. Go to youtube & type tom cosm & I’m sure you will be able to find it there. You can also google it to see what you get.
