Hey just wondering if anyone can tell me why I would sometimes get a click in the bassline once side-chaining it just talking about your normal under laying pumping bassline if that makes sense, have used the same techniques used in the hard dance tutorial but just seem to notice a faint click when soloing the bassline on its own.
Any help would be much appreciated
What is the attack set to on your compressor that’s side-chaining?

Something that I have encountered occasionally to check the attack / release of the sample / synth - when getting that clicking.
Its the compressor that does it of course, but it sometimes it can make louder, a click or whatever, thats in the sample (or synth patch) itself.
