im new to remixing and was wondering how to get samples from tracks.
as an example in the video how to remix the track is already cut up in to sections including vocals, bass, synths, etc which can be played individually.
how to you take these certain sounds out of tracks?
any information i would appreciate. thanks.

all of these sounds and samples are already available with the download, but do you know how they are taken from the original track and split up like this?
They were probably sent as a clean vocal. Then warped / sliced / cropped out.
When you import a vocal into ableton you can crop and slice pieces into new parts.
