Best way to design this lead

I was wondering, what is the best synth/parameters to design this lead.

In my opinion, it has that special detune on it, giving it that electro feel that has been very popular lately.

Sorry, wrong synth. It is not what I am looking for. The party rock synth, I know how to create, I am talking about the detuned, electro chords/pad that is used as the main lead. The chords pretty much that are very sidechained. Very popular sound in electro in last 2 years.

sounds like it has been resampled a few times to get it really big.

try creating a supersaw with sylenth... adding loads of reverb some high EQ a bit of saturation or an exciter loads of reverb then resample. rinse and repeat.
