So I’ve made some sounds in sylenth, gonna add a load more probably a lot of original sounds and i’ll upload on here again (for free of course)

i’m no pro, just a knob twiddler. usually i would start off by either making a riff using a simple saw wave or even a piano sound or downloading a known midi riff from Nonstop2k. next i would load up sylenth and if i am trying to make something original load a innit Patch and start with a saw set the ADSR and Maybe Glide/slide if required, then i would work out the sound i want by flicking through and mixing the Oscillators. and work from there on.
i should do a tutorial really even if it would only be a very basic one.
i got into making sounds because i used to spend a fortune on Soundbanks and realized they are not worth Sh%t, most if not all the sound sets you here on web sites sound great in isolation but are next to impossible to fit into the mix, that mainly because they are over processed to make them sound great on the websites imo.

if anyone has any requests please provide the midi as i will need this to work out the sound, don’t mind having ago at the sound but if i’m totally honest i can’t be arsed with working out a riff

i would take a guess at Saw + Noise + Lfo + Bandpass filter, but i’ll have a go

Had a play last night and i don’t think i’ll be able to get the sound using sylenth, i think it will be much better made with Massive. so if you don’t mind waiting until i start Making some patches with massive then i’ll have another go at it then
