Bounce

I know it’s a silly question but …:ermm:

in a SA tut (don’t remenber which one…) when the track is finished i see that there’s no bouce track by track. there’s just a bounce of the whole track . is it really the right way ?

cuz if it is we can save a precious time?

depends what you intend to do? bouncing the track as a complete track will make it as one stereo file that can be sent to a mastering stage or bouncing individual tracks to import them into protools or logic for someone else to mixdown.

if you want individual tracks then just solo the track and bounce.

not sure about other DAW but logic has the option of bouncing individual tracks

yeah … i usually bounce each individual track … but the fact of seeing all bounce together in a SA tut made me wonder…

do you know what tutorial it is as i don’t think i’ve seen this yet

at the end of the “MUSIC PRODUCTION USING ABLETON MODULE 9” tut…

You can select “Render ALL Tracks” in Ableton Live though I think it was from 7 onwards.

This will bounce all the individual tracks.

there’s a confusion … I DO know all this … i was just wondering …
