hello,can i use Kick 2 presets / presets i design from scratch and then to use them as one shots/ loops in my own sample packs and sell them?

do i will own 100% of the rights on this samples?

Yes, but only if you do your sound design from scratch and use your own Clicks samples as well.

Factory & DLC Presets and Clicks audio samples are property of S.A.

You can refer to Chapter III. Sonic Academy SOUND LICENSE AGREEMENT of the S.A EULA available online here s well → EULA
