Hi, I just bought Kick 2 after checking out the demo. Now I can neither sign in on ableton nor on the sonic website. The only way to sign in on the sonic site is by changing password. Any help here? Allready deleted all the kick 2 files on my mac but still not working

It seems it’s already handled by support now.
Your account is correctly setup and KICK 2 is in there, so you should be able to activate.
Please give a try to the Offline Activation method following the step by step guide from support.
