I subscribed with you guys 6 months ago and have been charged again for a new subscription. I’m happy to let this one go but can you PLEASE cancel any cheated the next time I don’t wish to pay another £35 in 6 months time. I wasn’t aware of the auto renewal bit now that I am I don’t want it again! I like your services and will be using them until it expires hit I DO NOT want charged again. Ok??
