Can't Access Videos

Not sure what happened to my account. I pay month to month, and I just paid on February 25th.

your contract was meant to terminate on the 25th of february but instead ticked over.



i have added the extra month to your account now, if you want to resubscribe after the month ends you will need to choose a subscription from the subscriber benefits page

I’m very displeased that I didn’t get an email or anything letting me know that this was happening.  I think that is VERY poor customer service.  You guys have done a good job until now, but I feel you have let me down with this situation.

both of your account will expire next month - the same applies. you will need to resubscribe to regain access after this time period
