Can't reconnect to my Kick 3

Hello, I had to reinstall my DAW and so kick3 disconnected. I am trying to both activate with my account and offline registration, but one says connection error, the other says that my “evaluation has expired”, like what evaluation? I paid it on release and now would have to pay again? Would be a shame
