Are there alternative ways of payment when buying videos as i have tried to purchase the ‘How to make electro house in cubase’ tutorial 3 times but it keeps coming up ‘your card is not available for this type of purchase’ even though it is a visa debit and i have contacted my bank and they have assured me it is not a fault on their end.

im not sure why that would be the case,
perhaps your card is already registered to another paypal account?
are you trying to purchase directly with a card or using your paypal account
Directly with card mate my paypal account was limited but it was under a different bank account
