Well according to the Royal Society on Preventing Accidents who have been campaigning for over 20 years to get us in line with Berlin time - road accidents and especially children deaths would radically drop - not sure how tey worked that one out
Plus it will probably never happen as the conservative back benchers would have kittens as they would just see it as another nail in the coffin for British sovientry
Also people up north would be having their morning coffee break in the dark - or in Scotlands case their 3rd pint
