Would be a nice tutorial have in Logic and Ableton.
Glitch House does a good job of covering a lot of the methodology of complextro. Ryan Enzed also has many tutorials on the sub-genre as well.
As a side-note: complextro seems to be dying out already. There isn’t much room for expansion within the sub-genre and it’s been publicly abandoned by many of its leaders (Lazy Rich, Darth & Vader, Hirshee, among others). It’s got some great sounds, but most of the good tracks came out a couple years ago and, unfortunately, most tracks today sound exactly the same.
It makes me sad that complextro seems to be fading away, but the act of making the track is a good exercise in synthesis, arrangement, notation, and other things.
