Also trying to find a shortcut but I can see nothing to speed things up.
The only way I know is CMD-A to select all. Than ALT click+hold with the mouse to drag it up. If you drag up one semitone you can then use the shortcut to raise or lower it by octaves. You’ll only be one semitone off the octave you want. Fastest way I know to do it with lots of midi notes at the same time.
