So had a couple ideas for the site last couple days.
For original full track tutorials (such as HTSL Progressive house that was recently done) how about a remix contest. Winner can win a quarter years subscription, t-shirt, admiration, something like that.
How to get that sound contest/competition. Lets say staff pics an interesting bass/lead sound (from a song or they make it up themselves) and we get a week or so to try to create that sound the best we can. Win a t-shirt or hug or something.
My Wife & I just sat down to read this thread believing - after reading the title - that you were proposing some fun activities that we could both enjoy on Sonic Academy… and maybe with other couples too…

How about users posting up their tracks in native format for others to look at?

And maybe the winner can send it off to labels, if legally possible(and if it is good enough). Then they can be part of the success stories section you guys are recruiting for now. Win win for all!:w00t:
