90% of the software posted will be free to use and the rest very cheap. most of the free software is worth trying and some of it will simply blow you away, if you really like the software that you download i hope you can find just a small amount of cash to donate, it helps to keep the scene alive.

this seems like a really comprehensive list. thanks a lot guys. but i have a question.
when i extract the zip i’m seeing dll files. and i honestly dont know where to start with those. how do i open them? and where is the .exe installer. Help pleeease
the dll file is the plug-in (pc version) it will need to be placed in your vst folder.
i am not a pc user so maybe one of the pc guys on here will let you know where your vst folder is located on your drive

its normally in program files.
either under program files/vstplugins
or program files/stienberg/vstplugins
but honestly its where ever you want it to be… you just have to make sure your daw is programmed to look for the location of the dll’s
