nice bass… drums/percussion work well with the track, the beginning could use some additional hats before the first break to keep it interesting. I’d try layering your lead sound with at least a few more sounds, I think this would inject some more “life” into it. Maybe put some more hats in during the middle/end. Personal taste but if you put a few more melodic elements in it would blow this track open! some fx to finish it off… clean mix, good potential nice production man.

thanks, yeah i just couldnt get the topline quite how i wanted it so ended up pretty much automating everything

nice one man, I liked the feel of this one. I was listening to it on pretty bad speakers so I can’t really comment on the mix, but I think a couple more fx, some transitions especially would help a bit. Like for the loud part before it goes into the last break, around 5:11, maybe have something building into that.

i really like the elements you have in this one, loving that plucky little lead melody a bit more variation in the second have of the track when it all comes back in again could be a way to go, anyway nice track, enjoyed it
